Cold Dressed Lily Bulb with Wood Ear and Celery
Fresh lily petals join wood ears, celery and carrot in a quick-blanch medley dressed lightly with salt and olive oil for a clean, refreshing taste.
Instructions
- 1
Pick off each piece one by one and wash them clean;
- 2
Blanch in water for 10 seconds, and take it out once it changes color;
- 3
Soak the wood ear in advance, then pick and wash it clean; remove the old leaves from the celery and keep the stalks; peel off the outer skin of the carrot;
- 4
Cut the wood ear mushrooms into small florets, cut the celery into diamond-shaped pieces, and slice the carrots into rounds resembling eyes.
- 5
Blanch in boiling water for about 20 seconds, then remove and rinse in cold water, draining well.
- 6
Put all the ingredients into a large bowl, add an appropriate amount of salt and olive oil, and mix well; it is not recommended to add chili oil, otherwise the refreshing taste will be lost.

Cold mixed lily bulbs with wood ear mushrooms and celery, refreshing and crisp, very appetizing!
