Cold Dressed Malabar Spinach
Malabar spinach, carrot, and wood ear are briefly blanched, then awakened by a scorching pour of Sichuan pepper oil over scallions, garlic, and chilies, a fragrant, tongue-tingling finish.
Instructions
- 1

Clean the Malabar spinach after picking, slice the carrot, and tear the wood ear mushrooms into pieces. Blanch them separately in boiling water until just tender, then drain the water.
- 2

Add chopped green onions, minced garlic, dried chili peppers, and white sesame seeds.
- 3

Cold pot with cold oil, add Sichuan peppercorns to release their fragrance, then remove the peppercorns and discard them.
- 4

Pour hot Sichuan pepper oil over chopped green onions, minced garlic, dried chili, and white sesame seeds to release the aroma.
- 5

According to personal taste, add an appropriate amount of oyster sauce, Supreme Seasoning Soy Sauce, and fragrant vinegar (or aged vinegar).
- 6

Just mix the ingredients evenly.
- 7

Bright in color, rich in nutrients, and sweet and sour with a refreshing taste 😊~
