Cold Dressed Scallop and Salmon
Sashimi-grade salmon and sweet scallops meet sliced green chili and lime in a bracing dressing laced with wasabi and diluted soy.
Instructions
- 1
Thoroughly thaw the dried scallops in advance and scald them with hot water. After removing them, rinse them once with cold water.
- 2
Bought salmon sashimi at Hema, changed the way it was cut, and put it together with scallops.
- 3
Wash the green chili peppers and small red chili peppers, remove the stems, and slice them.
- 4
Wash the green lemons and cut them into thin slices.
- 5
Spoon in light soy sauce, dilute with an appropriate amount of water, then add 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, squeeze in a little mustard, and stir evenly.
- 6
Pour it into a bowl together with the small chili peppers and lime.
- 7
Finally, just sprinkle on two sprigs of cilantro and it's OK.
