Instructions
- 1

Collection of main ingredients.
- 2

Pork (20% fat, 80% lean) is cleaned, peeled, and minced.
- 3

Wash the baby bok choy, fresh shiitake mushrooms, and carrots, let them dry, chop them into small pieces, and add them to the minced meat.
- 4

Add 8 grams of salt, 1 gram of five-spice powder, 10 grams of oyster sauce, and 10 grams of oil, then stir in one direction clockwise/counterclockwise until it forms a gel, and then refrigerate for more than half an hour.

- 8

- 9

Add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce.
- 10

/2 tablespoon of oyster sauce.
- 11

Add a little more chili powder.
- 12

Add a little more cilantro, mix well, and it's ready to eat.
