Cold Tossed Bitter Greens
Young bitter greens are blanched for a minute and dressed only with vinegar, salt and chili oil, their gentle bitterness turning crisp, clean and appetite-waking.
Instructions
- 1

Pick and wash the bitter greens thoroughly.
- 2

Add a pinch of salt to the water and bring it to a boil, then put in the bitter greens and blanch for about a minute, then remove and drain.
- 3

Add 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of aromatic vinegar, then drizzle 1 tablespoon of chili oil, and mix thoroughly (the freshest ingredients only need the simplest seasonings).

[Cold Bitter Vegetable Salad] Slightly bitter and fragrant, crisp and appetizing, the taste of summer~
- 5

[Cold Mixed Bitter Greens with Shredded Chicken] Added shredded chicken and chili rings, fresh, tender, and spicy, can be eaten as a main dish 😊~
- 6

[Bitter Herb Tea] can be paired with an appropriate amount of goji berries, hawthorn (or dried tangerine peel), and rock sugar, giving it a slightly sweet and sour taste amidst the bitterness~
