Cold Tossed You Noodles
Cold oat noodles: steamed oat-flour sheets sliced into chewy ribbons and tossed with garlicky sauce, red chili, cilantro, and tangy dressing for a nutty, refreshing dish.
Instructions
- 1

Blanch half of the oat flour, let it cool slightly, and then knead it into a dough.
- 2

Divide into 2 portions, roll into dough skins of even thickness, place a layer of oil on the bottom of the plate and then put the dough on it, so it won't stick, cover and steam for 8 minutes.
- 3

Steam another one the same way and steam for 8 minutes after the water boils.
- 4

Prepare the sauce.
- 5

Let the steamed Youmian skin cool, then cut it into thin strips.
- 6

Add minced garlic, red chili rings, and cilantro, then pour in the sauce. The noodles are chewy and nutritious.
