Colorful Fried Rice with Eggs
Cheerful rainbow fried rice scrambling country eggs with carrot shreds, sweet peas, and day-old rice, tossed until every grain separates, lightly salted, and colorful.
Instructions
- 1

Prepare two bowls of leftover rice (I am serving two people) for later use.
- 2

Crack a native chicken egg into a bowl and beat it until broken, set aside.
- 3

Grate one carrot into thin strips, then cut it into three sections from the middle and set aside.
- 4

Cook the pea rice in cold water until done, then scoop it out and set aside.
- 5

Put oil in the pan, first add the beaten eggs and stir-fry for a moment, then move them to the side of the pan before adding the carrots and stir-fry for a moment.
- 6

Then pour in the cooked peas and stir-fry a couple of times, sprinkling one and a half spoonfuls of salt.
- 7

Then pour the remaining rice into the pot.
- 8

But keep stir-frying the rice constantly, crushing the clumps of rice while stir-frying.
- 9

After about five minutes, the large clumps of rice were completely crushed, and the rice was also stir-fried.
- 10

Serve the fried rice into a bowl.
- 11

Turn the bowl upside down over the plate.
- 12

The bowl of colorful fried rice with eggs is ready!
