Corn and Pork Rib Soup
A classic home-style soup of pork ribs simmered with sweet corn, carrot, and red dates until the broth is clear, gentle, and subtly sweet.
Instructions
- 1
Put the pork ribs into a pot with cold water, add 1 spoon of cooking wine, bring to a boil and skim off the foam, then rinse and drain. Cut the vegetables into small pieces and set aside.
- 2
Pour a little oil into the Harthsun soup pot, then add the chopped green onions and sliced ginger to sauté until fragrant.
- 3
Add the ribs and stir-fry for a while.
- 4
Add an appropriate amount of hot water, enough to cover the ribs.
- 5

After boiling, simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.
- 6

Pour in the corn, carrots, and jujubes, simmer over low heat for 20 minutes, then add the Chinese yam and cook until done, season with a little salt at the end!
- 7
The delicious and tasty corn and pork rib soup is ready. By the way, this Harthsun soup pot looks amazing; any random shot looks beautiful! It has a super large capacity, and with so many ingredients, it only fills half the pot 😂!
