Corn soup
A nostalgic sweet corn soup, thickened with cornstarch and finished with ribbons of beaten egg for a smooth, spoon-coating, lightly sweet dessert.
Instructions
- 1

One can of corn, add it to the water after boiling, or you can use fresh corn and blend it into a paste with a blender, which is healthier.
- 2

Wait for the pot to boil, do not use an iron pot, aluminum pots or clay pots are fine.
- 3

Bring the pot to a boil and add half a spoon of starch mixed with water, then add one spoon of sugar. If you are reducing fat and care about beauty, you can skip it, as corn is naturally sweet.
- 4

Beat two eggs with a small amount of water for 180 seconds. If not beaten well, it will be a mix of yolk and white.
- 5

Pour in the beaten eggs while stirring, remove from heat when it starts to boil, do not overcook.
