Creative colorful artistic braised eggs
Hard-boiled eggs are wrapped snugly around fresh leaves, then braised until leafy silhouettes bloom onto the shells in amber. Playful and picturesque, they make breakfast feel like a small art project.
Instructions
- 1

Wash the eggs several more times.
- 2

Cook in the pot. I first add the eggs, then a little bit of white vinegar (makes peeling easier), and then turn on the heat to cook for 10 minutes.
- 3

Adding a bit of white vinegar while cooking makes it very easy to peel each egg individually, without breaking a single one.
- 4

These new stockings.
- 5

Clean the small leaves of different shapes.
- 6

Take a plant leaf and place it on the egg, then put it into a stocking and tie it securely.
- 7

Add red dragon fruit powder to an appropriate amount of water and mix well.
- 8

First, add enough water to the pot, then add an appropriate amount of cooking wine, braised egg seasoning, salt, and red dragon fruit powder (the color seemed a bit light, so some red yeast rice powder was added later), then put in the eggs and braise for 20 minutes.
- 9

Because it was made after eight o'clock last night and soaked overnight, if made during the day it doesn't need to be soaked for too long (the color is what I want).
- 10

Take out the marinated eggs, the color is very beautiful!
- 11

Remove the leaves from the egg, rinse it, wow, it's so beautiful!
- 12

The floral pattern is clear and beautiful.
- 13

It can be both admired and tasted.
