Creative Corn Jelly
A clear pork skin jelly brightened with dragon fruit powder, steamed gently for transparency and set into smooth, glossy molds.
Instructions
- 1

The pork skin has been processed twice, then put into the pot to cook until soft.
- 2

Take out the pig skin and cut it into strips.
- 3

Cut into thin strips, this was placed in a pressure cooker and steamed over water for 40 minutes, and the pork skin no longer held its shape (it fell apart).
- 4

Steaming pig skin jelly in a double boiler like this makes it clearer and not cloudy (strain the pig skin juice).
- 5

Add a small amount of red dragon fruit powder to the pork skin juice and mix well.
- 6

Then pour it into the pork skin juice and mix evenly (you can adjust the color according to your own preference).
- 7

Pour the pork skin jelly into a mold and refrigerate until it solidifies.
- 8

Take the corn husk jelly out of the mold, and the gorgeous pig skin jelly appears before your eyes. It's so beautiful! Makes your mouth water.
- 9

The bouncy corn-shaped aspic contains no additives, so it can be eaten with complete peace of mind.
- 10

Cut the pork jelly into slices to eat; it has a chewy texture and looks attractive.
