Creative Flower Aspic
Clear pork skin jelly is tinted with dragon fruit juice and layered into flower shapes, turning a humble classic into edible decoration.
Instructions
- 1

The repeatedly processed pig skin is cut into strips.
- 2

Soak pig skin shreds in water, place them in a pressure cooker, steam over ice for 20 minutes, and then take them out.
- 3

Filter out the shredded pork skin, keeping only the cool part.
- 4

First, in the evening, add 2 tablespoons of pork skin juice, then add an appropriate amount of red dragon fruit juice and stir evenly (adjust the depth of the juice color according to your desired color).
- 5

Then pour it into the shredded clean pork skin and mix well.
- 6

Pour the shredded pork skin into the mold (wash the mold in advance, then dry it completely). Be careful when removing the mold, as the slices are very thin.
- 7

Because there is only one mold, they can only be made one at a time. By the time the second one is made, the pork skin has already solidified, so add a little heat again, but not too hot, just enough for it to flow to make the next one (be careful when taking it out because the decorative piece is relatively thin). It's very beautiful, like a glass flower.
- 8

There just happens to be freshly bought bitter chrysanthemum at home, used it for decoration, and also decorated the flower stamens with osmanthus. It looks so real!
- 9

The beautiful jelly flowers are stunning, and the tempting delicacies and New Year's Eve dinner will appear on the table!
- 10

The creative flower-shaped jelly is so realistic that it could easily be mistaken for the real thing, making it hard to bring yourself to eat it.
