Creative Jade Corn (Style) Pork Jelly
Pork skin stock, tinged green with tea powder, is set in a corn-shaped mold for a playful jelly whose jade hue and wobble make it a genuine conversation piece.
Instructions
- 1

This is pigskin that has been cooked three times, put back into the pot to soften again.
- 2

Cut into shreds and steam for 50 minutes with an appropriate amount.
- 3

Mix a small amount of pork rind juice with matcha powder evenly, then pour it into the pork rind juice and stir well.
- 4

Pour the green pork skin juice into a corn-shaped mold and refrigerate until set.
- 5

Take the pork skin jelly out of the mold. Normally, it can be removed from the mold, but if there are few pork skin shreds and too much water is added, it will not set.
- 6

Some of the lighter-colored corn kernels above have had a small amount of pork skin pieces added, and the varying depths of color are very natural and realistic.
- 7

The color is emerald green like jade!
- 8

The effect of cutting it is still good, and the texture is pleasantly chewy!
