Creative Sakura Pork Skin Jelly
Dragon fruit powder tints rendered pork skin stock a rosy pink, which is chilled in molds into a delicate jelly that fancies up any banquet table.
Instructions
- 1

Scrape and clean the pig skin, wash it, put an appropriate amount of water, cooking wine, chopped green onions, and sliced ginger into a pot, and blanch it.
- 2

Scrape off the fat several times, then boil the pork skin until soft.
- 3

Cut the pork skin into shreds and put them into an appropriate amount of water (using too much water makes it difficult to set), then steam in a steamer for 50 minutes.
- 4

First, take a few spoonfuls of pork skin juice, add an appropriate amount of red dragon fruit powder and mix well, then pour it into a bowl and stir evenly with the shredded pork skin.
- 5

Clean the mold thoroughly and dry it, then use a small spoon to scoop the pork skin juice into the mold, refrigerate and let it solidify.
- 6

Remove the cherry blossoms from the mold one by one, which is not very easy if there are many leaves. Arrange the finished product on a plate; the color is very beautiful.
- 7

Garnish with a few peas.
- 8

Looks a lot like cherry blossoms.
- 9

Beautiful and chewy, a delight on the tip of the tongue.
