Crispy fried cream puffs, with a sweet outer layer and a soft inner layer, complementing each other perfectly; a bite is crispy and sweet.
Crispy fried cream puffs — all-purpose flour, egg and unsalted butter, baked until golden and puffed. A great choice for family gatherings or a weekend treat.
Instructions
- 1

Let's first make the batter by putting 50 grams of unsalted butter, 2 grams of salt, 10 grams of white sugar, and 130 grams of water together and heating them.
- 2

Bring to a boil, and remove from heat 10 seconds after boiling.
- 3

Pour in 80 grams of all-purpose flour.
- 4

Mix with a spatula until there is no dry powder.
- 5

Continue cooking over low heat, stir-frying until the surface of the dough is glossy. (Note: If you are not using a non-stick pan, cook until there is a thin film on the bottom of the pan)
- 6

Spread the cooked dough in a bowl and let it cool down slightly.
- 7

Beat 2 eggs, and add them to the batter in 4-5 portions. Each time, mix the egg completely into the dough before adding more egg.
- 8

Mix the batter until it is completely uniform, then lift the spatula and let it slowly drip in an inverted triangle shape.
- 9

Prepare a pot of oil and heat it until it reaches medium heat, when small bubbles appear around the chopsticks, it is ready.
- 10

Use a spoon to put the batter into the oil one by one.
- 11

Fry until the surface is golden and crispy, then remove.
- 12

At this state, it's ready to eat directly o(* ̄︶ ̄*)o
- 13

Wrap it in a layer of white sugar again, the taste will be better.
- 14

Fried cream puff balls are done O(∩_∩)O
- 15

The outer layer is crispy, fragrant, and sweet, while the inside is soft and glutinous, delicious—a pretty good snack.
