✅ Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside toast pudding 💯 even tastier than cake
Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside toast pudding even tastier than cake — slice of toast, egg and milk, baked until light, fluffy and golden. Follow the steps for the best results.
Instructions
- 1
Prepare the ingredients, chop the cranberries a bit. Cranberries can be replaced with raisins or dried fruit (forgot to photograph the eggs).
- 2
Cut the toast into cubes and put them in a baking bowl. The size of the toast pieces is up to you, but don't cut them too large!
- 3
Crack the eggs into the cup of milk and mix well.
- 4
Add 10 grams of sugar; if you like it sweeter, you can add an extra 5 grams of sugar.
- 5
Add 10 grams of cornstarch or flour, either low-gluten flour or all-purpose flour will work.
- 6
Stir all the pudding mixture evenly.
- 7
Strain the pudding mixture into the baking dish, or you can skip straining.
- 8
Sprinkle with dried cranberries, or raisins, any dried fruit will do.
- 9
Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake for 30 minutes.
- 10
Once baked, take it out and enjoy. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, super delicious!
