Curry Fried Chicken Rice
Air-fried popcorn chicken served over sesame-sprinkled rice with blanched greens and a thick, glossy Japanese-style curry sauce poured on top for a comforting, mild-spiced meal.
Instructions
- 1

Put the popcorn chicken into the air fryer and spray a little oil. 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
- 2

Next, cook the vegetables until done and plate them for later use.
- 3

Simmer the curry roux until it becomes thick.
- 4

While simmering the curry, you can prepare to plate the other ingredients. Also, sprinkle a spoonful of black sesame seeds on the rice as a garnish.
- 5

Finally, pour the curry sauce over the rice and it's ready to eat. Because I forgot to take a photo of the last step, I used an online image as a substitute.
