Delicious Sachima
Classic sachima built from yeasted egg-dough strips fried crisp, then bound with hot sugar syrup into a golden, honeycomb-textured bar that stays soft and chewy.
Instructions
- 1

Prepare two eggs, add three grams of yeast, and stir evenly.
- 2

Add the flour in batches and mix evenly.
- 3

Knead into a slightly dry dough, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rest for about 30 minutes.
- 4

Roll out the rested dough into a sheet about two millimeters thick.
- 5

Place the rolled-out dough on the cutting board, then sprinkle dry flour on the dough to prevent sticking.
- 6

Cut the dough into sheets about five centimeters wide.
- 7

Stack the cut dough sheets together, then cut them again into noodles about 0.5 to 1 centimeter wide.
- 8

Sprinkle flour again to prevent sticking.
- 9

Heat oil in the pot. When the oil is about 60-70% hot, add the ingredients to fry.
- 10

Fry until the surface is golden, then remove.
- 11

Pour 100 milliliters of water into the pot, and after the water boils, add 60 grams of white sugar, then add a spoonful of honey.
- 12

Keep stirring constantly until the syrup changes from large bubbles to small bubbles, then add the noodles we just fried.
- 13

Then add your favorite dried fruits; here I am using raisins, black sesame, and walnut kernels.
