Delicious tomato and egg drop dumpling soup

A beloved tomato dumpling soup where drips of water form tiny dough pearls, simmered with tomato, garlic, and silky egg ribbons for homestyle comfort.

Prepare a small bowl of flour and pour it into a large bowl. (This is the amount for our family of three 👨🏻‍👩🏻‍👧🏻)

  4. 4
    Step image

Turn the faucet to a dripping state, and stir back and forth with the water drops 💧💧💧💧 until it forms small lumps of dough.

  5. 5

Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them until smooth.

First, heat the pan 🔥, then pour in the oil. When the oil is hot, add the chopped scallions (reserve a little for later), minced ginger, and sliced garlic (don’t skip the garlic, it pairs best with tomatoes).

  7. 7
    Step image

Pour in the diced tomatoes and stir-fry, then season with Premium Soy Sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and sugar.

  8. 8

Pour in hot water, bring it to a boil over high heat, then add the noodle lumps, stirring as you pour.

Then switch to my beloved little casserole 🍲, and after bringing it to a boil, pour in the chopped green onions saved earlier.

  10. 10

Pour in the beaten eggs and stir evenly, turn off the heat, and add the cilantro and stir well.
