Diced Pork and Mustard Greens Fried Rice - Exclusive
Chestnut-studded rice is wok-fried with caramelized pork belly cubes and crunchy mustard-green stems, layering fluffy grains with sweet, nutty, and savory bites.
Instructions
- 1

Rinse the rice and soak it overnight, add water about slightly higher than the level of the rice, and drizzle in two drops of oil.
- 2

Remove the shells from the chestnuts and spread them over the rice.
- 3

Follow the steps for glutinous rice with fragrance.
- 4

Use the time while cooking rice to prepare the side dishes. Wash the mustard stems and cut them into pieces or small cubes.
- 5

Scrape and clean the pork belly and cut it into small cubes, then heat a pan with a little oil.
- 6

Stir-fry until golden brown, remove the excess oil, and sprinkle a little salt for basic seasoning.
- 7

Add the diced mustard greens and stir-fry until they change color, then add a little water and simmer for two minutes. Season with an appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, pepper, and chicken essence.
- 8

When the time is up, the rice is already cooked. Let it sit for a while, then open the lid; each grain is distinct.
- 9

Add the rice to the wok and stir-fry evenly (the side dishes are already seasoned).
