Dirty toast~so delicious you have no friends

Dirty toast~so delicious you have no friends brings high-gluten flour, milk and egg together and is baked until golden and fragrant. Simple ingredients, satisfying homemade flavor.

Instructions

  1. 1
    Step image

Apply oil in the bread machine, remove after the film appears.

  2. 2
    Step image

Take out and add high-temperature resistant chocolate chips, and knead evenly by hand.

  3. 3
    Step image

Knead into a large ball and place it in the bread machine to continue fermenting.

  4. 4
    Step image

Ferment until it doubles in size, and when you poke a hole with a finger dusted with flour, it does not spring back.

  5. 5
    Step image

I made double the amount here, so I divided it into two portions, rolled them into balls, and covered them with plastic wrap to rest for 10 minutes. Don’t mind the mat; those are marks left by the chocolate heating up.

  6. 6
    Step image

While letting the dough rest, start making the filling. Put the chocolate and light cream together, and you can melt and mix them using a double boiler. I directly used a small pot on low heat to slowly melt and stir them. At first, hold the pot above the low heat for a distance, and once the chocolate starts to melt, put it back on the stove. After the chocolate and light cream are completely blended, let it cool.

  7. 7
    Step image

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, as shown in the picture, into a rectangle.

  8. 8
    Step image

After the chocolate sauce has cooled, spread it evenly on top.

  9. 9
    Step image

As shown in the picture, roll from top to bottom.

  10. 10
    Step image

    Roll into a cylindrical shape.

  11. 11
    Step image

Use a plastic cutter (if you don't have one, just use a knife) to cut open the middle.

  12. 12
    Step image

As shown in the picture, the two strands are twisted together in a braid-like pattern.

  13. 13
    Step image

Hold both ends together with both hands and place the bottom down into the toast box

  14. 14
    Step image

Ferment until eight to nine parts full, spray some water, sprinkle crushed Oreos, and put into a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes

  15. 15
    Step image

Above image, can be eaten once cooled. The taste really goes without saying. Highly praise, highly praise.

  16. 16
    Step image

    As shown in the picture.
