DIY Delicious Garlic Chili Sauce
Steamed chilies are blended with fresh garlic, then stirred into fragrant bean paste for a chunky, vibrant sauce that keeps beautifully.
Instructions
- 1

Remove the stems from the chili peppers and wash them.
- 2

Steam on high heat, and after the water boils, cook for about 15 minutes, until chopsticks can easily be inserted.
- 3

Use a blender or meat grinder to crush the chili peppers.
- 4

Let it cool and set aside.
- 5

Crush the garlic and use a food processor to grind it into garlic paste. (Adding a little cold boiled water makes it easier to grind)
- 6

Add an appropriate amount of oil to the wok and stir-fry the noodle sauce over medium-low heat until fragrant.
- 7

After the bean paste is fried until fragrant, add the crushed chili peppers to the pan, then add vinegar and bring it to a boil.
- 8

After turning off the heat, add MSG, salt, and sugar, and stir evenly (you can taste it and adjust the amount of salt and MSG according to your personal preference).
