Donut
Old-fashioned yeast-raised donuts: an egg-rich dough proofed twice, shaped into rings, and deep-fried to a puffy golden brown with a fluffy crumb and lightly crackled crust.
Instructions
- 1

One egg, 300 grams of flour, 60 grams of granulated sugar, 3 grams of yeast, 2 grams of baking powder, knead into a smooth dough.
- 2

Ferment until it doubles in size.
- 3

Knead the dough again until smooth, sprinkle flour on the countertop, and knead it into several small dough balls.
- 4

Roll it slightly flat with a rolling pin.
- 5

Make a circle in the middle with a tool, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it ferment until it doubles in size.
- 6

Put more oil in the frying pan and fry until both sides are golden (don’t use vegetable oil, it will bubble like mine).
- 7

Oil filtration.
- 8

Brush a layer of honey, then sprinkle with shredded coconut and marshmallows.
