A pressure-cooked soup of pork spine bones and white radish chunks infused with dried scallops, which lend a naturally sweet, concentrated seafood umami to the clear broth.

Clean the dragon bones and cut them into pieces, peel the white radish and cut it into large chunks, and wash the dried scallops.
- 2

Put the ingredients into the electric pressure cooker and add an appropriate amount of water.
- 3

Cover with the lid and select the soup setting.
- 4

When the time is up, add salt, chicken bouillon, and pepper to season, serve it into a bowl, and start eating.
