Dragon Fruit and Yam Cake
Steamed Chinese yam mashed with milk and condensed milk into a smooth paste, rolled into logs with strips of dragon fruit and orange for a creamy, fruity, no-bake cake.
Instructions
- 1

Cut the washed Chinese yam into sections, steam until cooked, place them in a container, add half a bag of pure milk and 5g of condensed milk, and mix well. Remember not to pour in too much milk, otherwise it will be too thin.
- 2

Mix the mashed yam into balls, roll the yam like rolling dough into long strips, and then cut them into small sections.
- 3

Prepare the cut fruits, slicing them into long strips. If you don't like eating oranges and dragon fruit, you can also replace them with your favorites.
- 4

Flatten the pieces of yam you just cut, and wrap the fruit inside like making dumplings.
- 5

After wrapping it, coat it with desiccated coconut. This one is already wrapped; the two pictures are combined together.
- 6

Finally, just cut it open and it's ready to eat, simple and convenient.
