Dragon Fruit Cheesecake Bun
Dragon Fruit Cheesecake Bun: high-gluten flour, dragon fruit flesh and cream cheese in a few quick steps, baked until light, fluffy and golden. Follow the steps for the best results.
Instructions
- 1
Scoop out the dragon fruit and mash it.
- 2
Add cake flour, milk powder, yeast, salt, and butter, and knead into a dough.
- 3
Pull out the glove film, slightly thinner than this level, I didn’t take any more photos.
- 4
Let it rise until it doubles in size.
- 5
Divide into five portions, knead into balls, and let rest for 15 minutes.
- 6
Mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and raisins together.
- 7
Stuff with filling.
- 8
Wrap it like a candy, with the seam facing down. Taken on a cloudy day, not very clear.
- 9
Continue fermenting until it doubles in size, make a cut, sprinkle with flour. The sieve I used wasn't fine enough, so there was a bit too much flour.
- 10
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees, bake for about 25 minutes, depending on your oven. Add aluminum foil midway to prevent browning.
- 11
The baked product is perfect, except there's a bit too much flour.
