Dried pumpkin
Rustic dried pumpkin strips sun-dried for three days, steamed, and tossed in glutinous rice flour, yielding chewy, naturally sweet little snacks with a soft, sticky bite.
Instructions
- 1

Peel the pumpkin.
- 2

You can cut it into strips or slices.
- 3

Sunbathe for three consecutive days.
- 4

(These are sliced pumpkins, sun-dried for 3 days) Wash the pumpkin slices clean with water.
- 5

Add an appropriate amount of glutinous rice flour and mix the dried pumpkin by hand.
- 6

Lay the pieces in the steamer.
- 7

Steam on high heat for 10 minutes.
- 8

Cover with plastic wrap, poke holes (to prevent dust), and leave in the sun for a day.
- 9

These are pumpkin slices that were cut, dried, and steamed. Because they weren't separated slice by slice during steaming, some of them stuck together, but fortunately, the taste is not affected.
