Dried radish with soybeans and pickles
Dried radish and soaked soybeans steam together with soy sauce, sugar, and Sichuan pepper. Steaming keeps the beans intact and the flavors mellow.
Instructions
- 1

Soak the dried radish in clean water (this dried radish itself has no salt).
- 2

Soak the soybeans in advance. When I make this pickled vegetable, I only use a handful of soybeans. If you like soybeans, use more.
- 3

Clean the dried radish, squeeze out the water, and add soybeans.
- 4

Add a spoonful of corn oil, an appropriate amount of dark soy sauce, a little salt, sugar, and Sichuan pepper powder
- 5

Mix well and place it on the steamer
- 6

After starting the car, in about 25 minutes, the short time is not enough for the soybeans to cook; adjust the time flexibly yourself.
