Duck Blood and Choy Sum Soup
Duck blood cubes and tender choy sum poached briefly in a ginger broth with a splash of rice wine, a rustic soup both iron-rich and warming.
Instructions
- 1

Prepare the ingredients, wash the choy sum thoroughly, cut some ginger into slivers, and blanch the duck blood.
- 2

Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot and bring it to a boil, then add oil, shredded ginger, and duck blood and cook for 1 minute.
- 3

Then put the choy sum in to cook (the choy sum is too long, so I cut it into two pieces)
- 4

After the choy sum is just tender, add a little salt, pepper, and rice wine, mix well, and then you can turn off the heat.
- 5

Finished product image.
