Eat a bastard!
Whipped egg whites are steamed around wedges of salted duck egg and century egg, forming a playful marbled loaf that slices into striking patterned pieces.
Instructions
- 1

Prepare three eggs, separate the egg whites and yolks, and place them in two separate bowls.
- 2

Cut each salted duck egg into six pieces, and cut the century egg into six pieces as well.
- 3

Start by beating the egg whites in one direction, and use a spoon to remove any foam from the beaten egg whites.
- 4

Brush oil on the lunchbox with a brush to remove the mold, then put the salted duck, egg, and century egg into the oiled lunchbox.
- 5

Put the beaten egg whites into the container with the arranged century eggs and salted duck eggs, cover with plastic wrap, and poke a few holes with a toothpick.
- 6

Steam on the stove for ten minutes.
- 7

Then put the beaten egg yolk into the lunch box, and steam for ten more minutes.
- 8

A jade-like bastard is done.
