Edamame and Grandmother's Vegetable Fried Rice Exclusive
Rustic fried rice with scrambled egg, chewy Chinese sausage, blanched edamame, and salty-sour preserved grandmother's greens, brightened with sweet bell pepper and just a light splash of soy sauce.
Instructions
- 1

Ingredients needed: leftover rice, eggs, edamame, Chinese sausage, grandma's pickled vegetables, green onions, sweet peppers.
- 2

Heat the pan and oil, then pour in the beaten eggs and stir-fry until cooked.
- 3

Add the edamame kernels and stir-fry (my edamame kernels were blanched), making sure the edamame is cooked through.

- 6

Add a small amount of thirteen-spice powder and an appropriate amount of salt.
