Egg and garlic scape stir-fry with mixed rice, exclusive
Hearty fried rice of mixed white rice and corn grits, wok-tossed with fluffy scrambled egg, snappy garlic scape dices, and green pepper until fragrant and satisfyingly chewy.
Instructions
- 1
I cooked two meters of rice, but no one ate it; it became overnight rice. (Rice and corn grits)
- 2
Cut the garlic scapes into small pieces, cut the green peppers in half, remove the seeds, and dice them, and cut the scallions into small sections.
- 3
Beat two eggs with a pinch of salt until well mixed.
- 4
Heat oil in a wok, add the eggs and stir-fry into small pieces, then break them up a bit more.
- 5
Add the chopped green onions and garlic sprouts, and stir-fry evenly.
- 6
Stir-fry the garlic scapes until just tender, then add salt and MSG, and stir evenly.
- 7
Add the leftover rice, break it up completely, and stir-fry until thoroughly heated.
- 8
Finished product.
