Egg Fried Dumplings
Boiled frozen dumplings pan-fried until golden and crisp, adding a tender egg crust to the juicy filling for a crisp-tender contrast.
Instructions
- 1
Prepare the ingredients. The dumplings are frozen dumplings that were made a few days ago.
- 2
Boil the water and beat the eggs.
- 3
Put the dumplings into boiling water.
- 4
Boil for six to seven minutes, adding a little cold water twice in between so the dumplings cook well. Once all the dumplings float, they are done. Take them out and set aside, no need to cool with cold water.
- 5
Heat the wok and pour in the oil, add the cooked dumplings, and pan-fry them slowly over low heat for five to six minutes, turning them twice in the middle so that each side of the dumplings gets a bit crispy.
- 6
Fry the dumplings until they turn amber, then pour in the beaten eggs.
- 7
After a few minutes, sprinkle black sesame seeds for decoration, shake the pan to separate the egg mixture from the pan, and plate it after one minute.
- 8
Simple and easy to learn, nutritious and tasty.
- 9
Serve it with a bowl of hot millet and pumpkin porridge, and you can enjoy a warm breakfast that's both good for the stomach and nutritious.
