Eggs dipped in ten-spice coriander garlic sauce exclusive
Firm-boiled eggs are cut into chunks and dunked into a rustic pestle of garlic, salt and mixed herbs. Every dip adds a pungent, herby punch to the mild, creamy yolk.
Instructions
- 1

3 free-range eggs, boiled.
- 2

Rinse with cold water and peel. The eggs I bought are too fresh, even after rinsing with cold water, the shells are still hard to peel 😅.
- 3

Cut the eggs into small pieces.
- 4

Put the garlic and ten-flavor herbs in a garlic mortar, with a little salt.
- 5

Crush.
- 6

Use an appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and chili oil to make a sauce.
- 7

Arrange on a plate.
- 8

Finished product.
