Exclusive Black Grass Jelly
Black grass jelly powder dissolved in cold water, boiled and set into a glossy, dark jelly, served chilled for a smooth, mildly herbal, refreshing dessert.
Instructions

Boil milliliters of water.

Take another 150 milliliters of cold water and dissolve 50 grams of black grass jelly in it.

Pour the prepared black jelly into boiling water.

Bring to a boil over high heat.

Pour into a basin, remove the foam on top, and wait for it to solidify.

Finished product.
