Exclusive Black Pepper Beef Steak Stir-Fried Ho Fun
Butter-seared steak is snipped into chunks, then stir-fried with wide ho fun and crisp lettuce in the rendered pan juices, fusing steakhouse richness with wok-fried noodles.
Instructions
- 1

One piece of steak, wash the lettuce and cut it into long strips, rinse the rice noodles and set aside.
- 2

Put the butter into the pan and heat it.
- 3

Put the steak in to fry.
- 4

Flip and fry again.
- 5

Use kitchen scissors to cut the steak into small pieces to make it easier for the steak to cook through.
- 6

Place the cooked steak to the side of the pan, and use the remaining fat from frying the steak to stir-fry the rice noodles.
- 7

Add the lettuce strips and stir-fry together.
- 8

Add salt and stir-fry the rice noodles and lettuce, allowing both ingredients to absorb the flavor.
- 9

Pour out the rice noodles and steak, and drizzle the black pepper sauce over the steak.
- 10

The steak is tender and smooth.
- 11

The rice noodles also have the aroma of beef!
