Exclusive Braised Beef with Preserved Vegetables and Naan
Torn naan chunks soak up a savory broth of braised beef and overnight-soaked preserved mustard greens, a hearty, aromatic Xinjiang-style bowl with the bread drinking every drop.
Instructions
- 1

Soak the preserved mustard greens in the refrigerator overnight and drain the water. Slice the braised beef. Break the naan into small pieces. Chop the green onions, ginger, and garlic.
- 2

Preheat the pan, pour in oil, and add scallions, ginger, and garlic to sauté until fragrant.
- 3

Add the preserved mustard greens and stir-fry evenly.
- 4

Add half a bowl of boiling water, bring to a boil, add a little salt and light soy sauce; if you prefer a lighter taste, you can skip it. Simmer over low heat for five minutes. The braised beef has flavor, and the naan also has flavor.
- 5

Put the braised beef in and bring to a boil, then cook for another two minutes.
- 6

Add the naan, mix well, and cook for one minute.
- 7

Turn off the heat and sprinkle chopped green onions.
- 8

Off the stove.
