Exclusive Braised Donkey Meat
Donkey leg meat is brined to remove any frozen odor, then gently simmered in a dark soy master stock for about an hour so it turns tender and evenly seasoned.
Instructions
- 1

Fresh-frozen donkey leg meat, soak in salt for half an hour to effectively remove the odor from being frozen.
- 2

Cut into large pieces, put them into the electric cooker with ginger slices, blanch with cooking wine, then take them out, rinse clean, and set aside.
- 3

Put a bowl of braising sauce into a small pot, add an appropriate amount of soy sauce for braising, and bring it to a boil.
- 4

Put the donkey meat on medium heat until it boils, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 1 hour.
- 5

It would be better to turn it over halfway to allow the flavors to penetrate more evenly.
- 6

After braising, do not take it out immediately. Let the meat soak in the braising liquid for an hour or two for better flavor, and it will be easier to cut into slices after it cools down.
- 7

Once cooked, let it cool, then individually put into storage bags and store in the fridge. When you want to eat, take it out, slice, and serve.
