Exclusive Braised Pork Knuckle
A whole pork knuckle simmers slowly for hours in a rich spice broth, then is wrapped tight and chilled until firm enough to carve into glistening, jelly-edged slices.
Instructions
- 1

Put a pig's knuckle into the pot and boil it for half an hour.
- 2

Then put in the seasoning packet.
- 3

Simmer slowly over medium-low heat for about an hour, and finally season with a little salt before serving.
- 4

Take it out, wrap it well with a plastic bag, secure the bag tightly. Refrigerate for half an hour.
- 5
Just take it out and slice it.
