Exclusive Braised Rice with Cured Pork and Green Bamboo Shoots
Salty cured pork is stir-fried until fragrant with crunchy lettuce-stem slices, then cooked together with rice in a rice cooker so the grains soak up the smoky, savory drippings.
Instructions

- 2

Peel the green bamboo shoots and cut them into large pieces.
- 3

After the oil is hot, add the cured meat and stir-fry until fragrant.
