Exclusive Brown Sugar Pumpkin Flower Buns
Tender twisted flower rolls tinted and sweetened with brown sugar and pumpkin puree, fermented, coiled into pinwheels, then steamed pillowy-soft with warm caramel notes.
Instructions
- 1

Cut the pumpkin into pieces, steam until cooked, and mash into puree.
- 2

While hot, put the brown sugar into the pumpkin to melt, and mash it into pumpkin puree with a spoon.
- 3

Knead into a smooth dough, cover with a damp cloth, and let it ferment in a warm place.
- 4

The well-fermented dough.
- 5

Take the dough out and place it on the countertop to knead and release the air, roll it into a thin sheet, and brush a layer of oil.
- 6

Roll it up and cut it into small trapezoidal pieces.
- 7

Cool down and fold up.
- 8

Press down in the middle with chopsticks.
- 9
