Exclusive Chicken and Mashed Potato Sandwich
Creamy sandwich of thick-cut toast griddled in butter around fluffy milk-mashed potato seasoned with black pepper, wrapped and pressed into a soft, indulgent, croquette-like filling.
Instructions
- 1

Peel and wash the potatoes, then cut them into thick slices.
- 2

Steam or boil until cooked, then mash into a puree.
- 3

Add an appropriate amount of milk and mix evenly.
- 4

Add salt and black pepper to season.
- 5

Beat the eggs, add salt, and stir in about 20ml of milk until well combined.
- 6

Cut the toast into slices 2–3 cm thick.
- 7

Wrap it with oiled paper and secure the joint with tape.
- 8

Apply an appropriate amount of oil to a frying pan; using butter makes it more fragrant. Fry the toast for a while until the surface becomes crispy.
- 9

Pour the beaten eggs into the pan, and roll them up before the eggs solidify.
- 10

Cook the pre-made chicken breast.
- 11

Spread an appropriate amount of mashed potatoes on the toast.
- 12

Add the eggs and chicken breast.
- 13

Remember the mayonnaise.
- 14

Add some more fruit and yogurt.
