Exclusive Chicken Cutlet Rice Bowl
A savory rice bowl topped with a pan-seared, tender chicken cutlet braised briefly in a seasoned sauce, served over rice for a rich, juicy, satisfying meal.
Instructions
- 1
Clean the chicken drumsticks and remove the bones, then pound them lightly with the back of a knife. Add an appropriate amount of salt, pepper, ginger powder, soy sauce, and a little dark soy sauce. Mix evenly and marinate for twenty minutes to let the flavors penetrate.
- 2
Heat a pan with a little oil, and add the marinated chicken cutlet to fry (fry with the skin side down).
- 3
Pan-fry until golden brown, then flip to fry the other side.
- 4
When both sides are fried to a golden yellow, add an appropriate amount of warm water and simmer for five minutes until cooked.
- 5
Leave some soup to mix with the rice, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
