Exclusive Chicken Fried Dough Chunks
Chewy hand-cut dough chunks stir-fried with diced chicken, green beans, and peppers in a fragrant, spicy sauce, a hearty northern Chinese dish.
Instructions
- 1
Cut the chicken breast, green peppers, green beans, onions, and garlic all into small cubes.
- 2
Make the flour a bit harder, repeatedly rest and knead it into a smooth dough, then roll it out, first cut into strips, then cut those strips into cubes, and cook them in boiling water until they are about 70-80% cooked.
- 3
Scoop into cool boiled water and let it cool for later use.
- 4
Heat oil in a wok, add the diced chicken and stir-fry until the moisture is gone, then add five-spice powder and chili powder, stir-frying until fragrant and red oil appears.
- 5
Add the minced garlic and diced onions and stir-fry for a moment.
- 6
Stir-fry until fragrant.
- 7
Add the green beans and green peppers, then stir-fry with light soy sauce and dark soy sauce.

- 10
Stir-fry until cooked.
- 11
