Exclusive Chicken Luncheon Meat
Finely ground chicken breast is blended with seasonings and steamed into a firm homemade loaf, a leaner alternative to canned luncheon meat. Great for sandwiches and quick breakfasts.
Instructions
- 1

Clean the chicken breast, remove the fascia, and cut into pieces for later use.
- 2

Mix all the seasonings and auxiliary ingredients and stir evenly. (Use half a coffee spoon of baking soda)
- 3

Put the chopped chicken breast into the meat grinder, add the seasoning water in two batches, and grind it into a paste.
- 4

Take a cake mold or other container, line it with parchment paper, spread the minced meat evenly on the parchment paper, smooth the surface, and do not fill the minced meat too full.
- 5

Place the pot with cold water on the stove. Once it starts to steam, reduce to low heat and steam for about 30 minutes.
- 6

Cool the slices and arrange them on a plate. Whether for hot pot or sandwiches, the taste is great.
