Mix flour with water to form a slightly soft dough, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rest for an hour.

- 4

Crush the tofu.
- 5

Add tofu to the minced meat, then mix evenly with salt, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce.
- 6

- 7

Add it to the minced meat and mix evenly.
- 8

Take the fermented dough, roll it into long strips, and cut it into small pieces.
- 9

Roll it out into dumpling wrappers.
- 10

- 11

Put water in a pot and bring it to a boil, add some salt, and put the dumplings in to cook.

Savory dumplings are being eaten.
