Exclusive Claypot Meatball Soup
A hearty claypot soup of egg-enriched pork meatballs whipped with five-spice and starch, poached gently in boiling water over softened glass noodles.
Instructions
- 1

Chop the pork with a mix of fat and lean into minced meat, add chopped green onions, ginger, and garlic, break in two eggs, and use your hands to mix it evenly.
- 2

Mix starch, ground Sichuan pepper, five-spice powder, salt, and light soy sauce, then beat together with the meat filling until it becomes sticky.
- 3

Cook the vermicelli that has been soaked in advance and set the water aside.
- 4

Add an appropriate amount of water to the clay pot and bring it to a boil over medium heat.
- 5

Take the minced meat with a firm texture, and squeeze it into individual meatballs.
- 6

Put oil in the pan, and when the oil reaches medium heat, reduce to low heat and add the meatballs.
- 7

Shake the handle of the pan to heat the meatballs evenly, and fry them slowly until cooked.
- 8

Add the vermicelli to the boiling water.
- 9

Turn to medium heat and add the sausage and baby bok choy.
- 10

Cook over medium heat for five minutes. Since this website is something we are familiar with, five minutes is enough. Add an appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence. Turn off the heat, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and let it sit in the pot for a while.
