Exclusive Claypot Yam and Fish Head Soup
A spicy claypot fish head soup seared with ginger, pickled chilies, and shredded radish, then slow-simmered with Chinese yam for a fiery, milky broth.
Instructions
- 1
Scale and clean the fish

Pour a little oil into the iron pan, add the fish head and fry
- 6
Until both sides are golden brown
- 7
Add a small amount of pickled chili and pickled radish strips, stir-fry together until fragrant, (you can skip it if you don't like them)
- 8
Then add an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil
- 9
Transfer into the clay pot
- 10
Add Chinese yam
- 11
Goji berries and scallion segments
- 12
Simmer with a little salt over low heat for about half an hour
