Instructions
- 1

Prepare the ingredients: clean water, cornmeal.
- 2

Pour the clear water from the bowl into the pot and bring it to a boil.
- 3

Pour the cornmeal into boiling water and use chopsticks to stir it into a flaky texture.
- 4

Pour into a bowl and add yeast.
- 5

Add white flour.
- 6

Use an appropriate amount of water (or beat in 2 eggs) to make a soft dough.
- 7

Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for half an hour.
- 8

Prepare an appropriate amount of chopped green onions while the dough is resting.
- 9

Add chopped green onions, salt, and white flour to the bowl, then pour hot oil over it.
- 10

Mix until it becomes a dough with a butter-like texture.
- 11

This is the fermented dough.
- 12

Sprinkle flour on the kneading mat, roll the dough into a large round pancake, and brush it with oil paste.
- 13

Roll it up from one end and divide it into 4 sections.
- 14

Pinch both ends with your fingers, and wrap it tightly like making a dumpling.
- 15

Dip both sides of the dough in water, place it on a plate, and then coat it with toasted white sesame seeds.
- 16

Place it in the griddle and cook the flatbread until both sides are golden, then take it out.
