Exclusive Creamy Egg-Fried Bun
Milk-enriched steamed mantou slices dipped in beaten egg and pan-fried until golden outside and custardy-soft inside, a clever way to turn leftover steamed buns into a rich breakfast.
Instructions
- 1

Weigh the flour.
- 2

Add black rice flour.
- 3

Yeast and white sugar.
- 4

Then add the milk and start kneading the dough.
- 5

Knead until the dough is smooth.
- 6

Divide the dough into pieces of about 70 grams each, and continue to round them.
- 7

After fermentation is complete, turn on the heat and steam for 10 minutes once it starts to produce steam, then let it sit for a while before taking it out to cool.
- 8

Crack two eggs into a bowl and beat them.
- 9

Put in the steamed buns that have been sliced horizontally.
- 10

After coating with beaten egg, place it in the electric griddle brushed with oil to pan-fry.
- 11

Fry both sides until golden, sprinkle some roasted sesame seeds, and it is ready to eat.
